Karen Bratt is a private banking advisor in CIBC’s Private Wealth’s office in Boston, with over 30 years of industry experience. In this role, she works closely with high net worth individuals and their families to develop customized strategies designed to preserve, grow and transfer wealth. Karen partners with specialists to develop customized strategies for clients including wealth management, lending and trust and estate planning. In addition, she advises entrepreneurs, hedge fund and private equity and venture capital professionals with a focus on their unique financial needs. Prior to joining the firm, Karen was a senior managing director at First Republic Bank. Karen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wellesley College and MBA from Boston University. Throughout her career, Karen has been involved in her community. She is a board member for the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council. She also was a member of the board of advisors, Peabody Essex Museum; executive director of the Historical Commission for the city of Melrose, MA; and sat on the fundraising committee for the Center for Women and Enterprise.
