Shannon Stites is a senior client service manager in CIBC Private Wealth, U.S. Houston office, with more than 25 years of industry experience. In this role, she works closely with senior relationship managers on the Houston team to provide daily account administration and client service for high net worth individuals, families and foundations.

Prior to joining CIBC in 2004, Shannon worked as a client service associate and branch office administrator at UBS Financial Services.
