Client Service Manager
Taylor Wailes is a senior client service manager in CIBC Private Wealth’s Boston office with more than ten years of industry experience. In this role, she works closely with relationship managers to provide comprehensive client service and administration of accounts for high net worth individuals, families and foundations. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor interned at Wilmington Trust Company, where she assisted portfolio managers with the preparation of investment policy statements, client reporting and investment research. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree with a concentration in finance and global business management from Babson College. In 2015, she was honored with a CIBC Unsung Heroes Achievers Award. She has completed level 1 & 2 of Cannon Financial Trust School. The curriculum covers the technical application of property law, tax law, trust instruments, fiduciary law and regulations, and estate planning and wealth management principles.
