Carl Labossiere

Managing Director

Carl Labossiere is the Regional Manager - Florida Private, Personal and Digital Banking for CIBC Private Wealth, with over 20 years of industry experience.  In this role, he leads the CIBC private banking strategy and expansion in the Florida market and manages the collaboration between the Private Bank and other CIBC divisions.

Carl’s most recent role was as director, Private Wealth Advisor at BMO Wealth Management since November 2019.  Prior to that, he was the head of cross border partnerships at BMO Private Wealth Canada in Toronto and a member of the bank’s Executive Cross Border Steering Committee.  Previously, he was a regional sales coach for RBC Bank USA in Fort Lauderdale.  Carl also worked in wealth management in Barbados and Cayman Islands as part of the RBC Leadership and Global Rotational Program for MBAs.

Carl holds an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa and is a Laspau-Fulbright scholar, an organization previously affiliated with Harvard University.

In addition to his work in banking, Carl is a Board Member with Hope For Haiti, a nonprofit organization out of Naples, Florida.

Carl resides in Weston, Florida with his wife and their two boys.  He plays soccer, tennis and chess.  Carl is an avid reader who also enjoys history and sci-fi movies.
