Heather Bernes

Vice President

Heather Bernes is a client and employee engagement specialist at CIBC Private Wealth. In this role, she is responsible for fostering and strengthening relationships between clients and CIBC Private Wealth senior team members.  She also helps manage the firm’s employee engagement initiatives, including a firm-wide mentor program and various recognition and professional development programs. She also oversees the firm’s corporate sponsorship initiatives for the wealth line of business.

Prior to joining the firm, Heather served as an associate director of middle school admissions at Pace Academy. Previously, Heather was a producer on America’s longest running game show, The Price Is Right, and she won two Daytime Emmy awards for her contributions to the show.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Virginia and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa during her time at UVA. She is also a member of the Pace Academy Alumni Board.
