Mark Bronowich

Managing Director

Mark is a director of portfolio oversight at CIBC Private Wealth with more than 25 years of industry experience. In this role, he is responsible for managing the firm’s pre-trade compliance function, including the execution and maintenance of all firm and account-level trade restrictions. Mark is also responsible for managing the firm’s investment review process.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as a director of portfolio acquisitions and integration at Capital One Wealth & Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing the investment oversight function, including the implementation of its governance and risk-control frameworks. Prior to that, he served as a senior investment officer and client relationship manager to ultra-high net worth families and individuals.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in finance from The College of New Jersey.
