Peter Barrett is a senior portfolio and relationship manager with more than 60 years of industry experience, serving the financial needs and objectives of high net worth individuals, institutions, trusts, foundations, endowment funds and pension and profit-sharing plans with individually tailored portfolios.

He began his career with Stein Roe & Farnhamin 1958 after two years in the U.S. Army with the Judge Advocate General’s office.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law.

He is a member of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago and the Illinois Bar. Also, Peter is chairman of the Income/Convertible Securities Ratings Committee. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Investment Counselor designation.
