Senior Relationship Manager & Head of Atlanta office
Beth Mayfield is a senior relationship manager and head of CIBC Private Wealth’s Atlanta office. With more than 30 years of industry experience, she works closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies. Beth also serves on the firm’s Family Office Steering Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Beth was an attorney at Greenberg Traurig LLP, where she focused on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, preparation of complex estate and gift tax returns and corporate law.
Beth received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from Auburn University and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Emory University School of Law. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association’s Fiduciary Law Section. Beth holds the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) certification.
Additionally, Beth is involved with the Legacy Circle at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Philanthropic Advisor Leadership Institute. She has served in numerous leadership roles for various Atlanta-based educational institutions, including the North Atlanta High School Athletic Board, The Lovett School, Morris Brandon Elementary School and The Schenck School.
