Carolyn Donnelly is the chief client engagement officer for CIBC Private Wealth with over 20 years of industry experience. In this role, she leads CIBC Family Office initiatives to expand and elevate services for ultra-high-net-worth, multi-generational families, business owners and executives. Additionally, she serves as a dedicated strategist and client ambassador, collaborating with experts across the CIBC Enterprise to deliver comprehensive family office solutions. Carolyn is also a member of the CIBC Private Wealth Operating Committee.

Previously, Carolyn was director of marketing and strategic priorities, contributing to the firm’s top-quartile client retention and growth. Her leadership was instrumental in driving timely communications, exceptional events and impactful marketing programs. Carolyn also played a pivotal role in establishing legacy Atlantic Trust as a leading luxury brand and successfully managed its transition to CIBC Private Wealth. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, she worked in development for the Georgia Tech Athletic Association.

Carolyn earned a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, where she was honored as a Dean’s Scholar. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude with honors.

Carolyn currently serves on The Carter Center Board of Councilors, supporting its global mission to wage peace, fight disease and build hope. She is also an active parent leader at Christ the King School and a member of the Brookwood Hills Community Club Board.
