Prior to joining the firm, Jaime was a senior vice president and team leader at Amerant Bank N.A., where she provided personalized private banking solutions and cultivated local relationships while helping to grow the domestic private banking market in Miami and Tampa, Florida. Previously, she built a strong understanding of the Chicago market during her 15 years at Wintrust Bank, N.A.
