Portfolio Manager
Jonathan Piskorowski is a portfolio manager for CIBC Private Wealth’s Mid-Cap Growth Equity Strategy with more than 20 years of industry experience. Additionally, he researches the technology, financials and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Jonathan served as a portfolio manager and senior research analyst at Newton Investments, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon. During his 18 year tenure at BNY Mellon, Jonathan was a co-manager of the BNY Mellon Technology Growth Fund as well as a research analyst covering technology and financial services for the firm’s small and midcap investment strategies. Previously, he served as a member of the venture capital team at Commonfund Capital and started his career as an investment banking analyst for the healthcare group at UBS.
Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a Masters degree in business administration from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
