Kassandra is a manager for the CIBC Private Wealth client service team in Chicago with 10 years of industry experience. In this role, she works closely with senior relationship managers to provide comprehensive client service, account administration and operational oversight for high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations.

Prior to joining the firm, Kassandra served as a business manager and wealth management client associate at Merrill Lynch, where she was key at implementing processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within her team, as well as assisting clients in account openings and maintenance to ensure a satisfactory client experience.

Kassandra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.
