Senior Client Service Manager
Tori Hood is a senior client service manager for CIBC Private Wealth in Atlanta with over 18 years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for ongoing daily account administration and works closely with relationship managers and high net worth clients and their intermediaries to provide comprehensive client service and fiduciary oversight of personal accounts and trusts.
Tori joined the firm in 2006 as the executive assistant to CIBC Private Wealth, U.S. CEO John S. Markwalter.
Tori earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in sociology from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor certification.
In 2021, Tori was honored with the CIBC Achievers Award which recognizes employees for exceptional performance.
