Corporate Paralegal

Erika Santana is a corporate paralegal at CIBC Private Wealth, with over five years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for various administrative and corporate functions requiring close collaboration with the company’s compliance, business teams and other colleagues. 

Prior to joining the firm, Erika served as a legal analyst at Accel Entertainment Gaming, where she handled regulatory and compliance matters. Previously, she served as a paralegal and litigation paralegal while supporting personal injury attorneys at McCready Law and Susan E. Loggans & Associates.

Erika earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and pre-law from Governor State University, and she earned her paralegal certificate in corporate law and litigation from the University of Loyola, Chicago.
