J Kent Nossaman, Jr.

Managing Director

Kent Nossaman is head of CIBC Private Wealth’s U.S. west region and the Denver office.  Additionally, Kent serves as a senior relationship manager with more than 30 years of professional experience. In this role, he provides sophisticated wealth management solutions to multi-generational families, business owners, corporate executives, and professional athletes.  He also serves on the firm’s Trust committee, Operating committee, and the Family Office Steering Committee.

Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Kent was a managing director of Harris myCFO. He is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Kent is involved in the professional community as a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kent is on the board of Eagles Nest Ranch and serves as an officer of Western Opportunity Fund. He is a co-founder of Arma Dei Academy and was previously a board member of the Ronald McDonald House of Denver.
