Kara is chief administrative officer at CIBC bank USA, with over 25 years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the US operating model related to delivering personal banking solutions from our private, personal & digital banking teams as well as the operational management of the business plan including effective controls, administration and business management.

Prior to joining the firm, Kara served as a regional sales leader in Retail Banking and Wealth Management as well as US leader for Corporate Real Estate at BMO Financial Group. Kara has also served on several non-profit boards.

Kara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.
