Raschard is relationship manager at CIBC Private Wealth’s San Francisco office, with more than 15 years of industry experience. In this role, he is responsible for providing wealth counseling services to a broad base of high-net-worth private clients, foundations and endowments through the implementation of tailored wealth management and investment solutions. ​

Prior to joining the firm, Raschard was a trust officer at J.P. Morgan, where he provided trust relationship management for global families. Previously, he served as a trust officer at Citigroup, where he provided trust relationship management for families in Hong Kong and Singapore.​

Raschard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in banking and finance, with a minor in Spanish, from The College of The Bahamas (now the University of The Bahamas), and a Master of Science degree in finance with a concentration in investments from Syracuse University. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and is a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.
