Donna Cole is a senior client service manager for CIBC Private Wealth with over 20 years of industry experience. In this role, she works closely with senior relationship managers to provide comprehensive client service, account administration and fiduciary oversight for high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, she was a client services and support officer for U.S. Trust.
Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Tuskegee University and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute's trust school.
She volunteers as an employment specialist for the Metropolitan Community Development Corporation. In 2014, she was honored with a CIBC Unsung Heroes Achievers Award.
