Donna M. Cole

Donna Cole is a senior client service manager in CIBC Private Wealth's mid-Atlantic region, which includes the firm’s Baltimore and Washington D.C., offices, with more than 20 years of industry experience.
In this role, she works closely with relationship managers to provide comprehensive client service, including the opening of personal accounts and trusts, ongoing account administration and fiduciary oversight of accounts.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, she was a client services and support officer for U.S. Trust. Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Tuskegee University and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute's trust school.
She volunteers as an employment specialist for the Metropolitan Community Development Corporation. In 2014, she was honored with a CIBC Unsung Heroes Achievers Award.
