Joe Locke is a relationship manager for CIBC Private Wealth with 25 years of industry experience helping high net worth families achieve their wealth management objectives. ​

Prior to joining Geneva Advisors, which became part of CIBC in 2017, Joe was the owner and principal of Joseph J. Locke & Company, Ltd, an independent registered investment adviser and wealth manager for high net worth families, where he also served as the president and chief investment officer for more than 18 years. Previously, he served as president and CEO of American General Institutional Marketing Group and in a number of marketing and management positions with both American General and USLIFE Corporation. ​

Joe graduated with a business management degree from Northern Illinois University. He continues to be involved at NIU, having served on a number of advisory committees with the College of Business and the athletic department. Joe is also involved in community activities, serving on several educational and civic boards.
