Kassandra is a senior team leader, client services at CIBC Private Wealth with 10 years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for establishing new accounts, the execution of operational duties related to portfolio administration and client communications.​

Prior to joining the firm, Kassandra served as a business manager and wealth management client associate at Merrill Lynch, where she was key at implementing processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within her team, as well as assisting clients in account openings and maintenance to ensure a satisfactory client experience.

Kassandra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.
