Kira T. Pistello

Managing Director and Director of Client Administration

Kira Pistello is the Director of Client Administration for CIBC Private Wealth, with over 15  years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of efficient processes and procedures related to the on-going management of client accounts prioritizing the highest quality client experience.  She works closely with client service teams across the organization on policies, standards, and procedures.  Kira began her career with the firm as a portfolio administrator in 2005.​

She earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a concentration in anthropology and a minor in classical civilization from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. In addition, Kira was honored in 2014, 2015,  2017 and 2020 with CIBC Achiever’s Awards, was named CIBC’s Annual Achiever in 2017, and received the CIBC Pinnacle Award in 2020 .
