Karen Zielinski

Associate Managing Director

Karen Zielinski is a Retirement Plan Services Specialist serving as an investment officer within the Corporate Retirement Services group at CIBC Bank USA, with more than 25 years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for mutual fund research, fiduciary plan monitoring, portfolio administration and retirement plan support within the firm’s Retirement Services Group. As a national practice, the Corporate Retirement Services team works closely with CIBC commercial bankers and advisors throughout the country to bring expertise and co-fiduciary services to clients’ retirement plans.

Prior to joining the firm, Karen was an investment officer in Wealth Management Securities Services at LaSalle National Bank (now part of Bank of America).

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Illinois–Chicago and holds life, health and accident insurance licenses from the state of Illinois.
