Shady is a relationship manager for CIBC Private Wealth with over 15 years of industry experience. In this role, she serves as a trusted advisor, delivering personalized investment and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations that integrate their financial, estate, tax and philanthropic objectives.

Previously, Shady was a senior investment performance analyst at Cambridge Associates, where she analyzed client portfolios and reported performance. In addition, she managed a portfolio of accounts and trained all pertinent employees on asset allocation,  indices, manager medians and currency overlays.

She received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in mathematics from James Madison University. In 2017, Shady was honored with a CIBC Achievers Award.
