Terri L. Payne

Associate Vice President

Terri Payne is an Associate Vice President with CIBC Private Wealth in Chicago for with over 20 years of industry experience.

In this role, Terri is responsible for reviewing account opening documentation, account closings, unique assets and engaging in quality control testing of key account administration functions. She also engages with the firm’s management and client service teams to ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures and contributes to improvements of processes and procedures to enhance the highest-quality client experience.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Terri was a trust administrative officer with U.S. Trust/Bank of America, where she assisted with the administration of wealth management accounts.

Terri received a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech arts from Adelphi University and has also been honored with a CIBC Achievers Award.
