Tracy M. Hoffmann

Tracy Hoffmann is a senior client service manager for CIBC Private Wealth Management with more than 25 years of experience handling the administration of client accounts, ranging from account information support to cash management. She works closely with custodians and facilitates account changes and updates on behalf of clients. Tracy is an expert at Team Geneva Advisors paperwork, systems, reporting and the client website and helps to ensure a positive client experience. She also plays an active role in the training of new account managers. Tracy was among the first employees of Geneva Advisors and helped establish the firm's account manager position.

Prior to joining Team Geneva Advisors, which became part of CIBC in 2017, Tracy began her finance career at William Blair & Company in 1992 when she joined Richard Kaplan's practice. Previously, she worked in the accounting department at Courtesy Home Center.

In 2018, Tracy was honored with CIBC’s GEM (Goes the Extra Mile) Achievers Award. She is also a member of the Leadership’s Calling Class of 2017.
