Mary Sloane Costabile

Mary Sloane Costabile is the director of client and employee engagement at CIBC Private Wealth. In this role, she is responsible for fostering and strengthening relationships between clients and CIBC Private Wealth senior team members. She also leads the firm’s employee engagement initiatives — including a firm-wide mentor program and various recognition and professional development programs.​

Mary Sloane joined the firm in 2017 as an event coordinator and most recently served as a senior event specialist, where she worked closely with senior relationship managers and business development officers to develop, manage and execute CIBC Private Wealth’s annual and national event initiatives across the U.S. Prior to joining the firm, Mary Sloane was a marketing manager at Modern Luxury magazine.​

Mary Sloane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies from the University of Georgia. Currently, she serves as the recruitment advisor for the University of Georgia chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
