Amanda L. Cooper

Associate Managing Director

Amanda L. Cooper is a private banking advisor for CIBC Private Wealth in San Francisco with over 20 years of industry experience. In this role, she works with high-net-worth individuals and families on a wide range of financial needs. Amanda partners with a team of experts in developing thoughtful and bespoke strategies in the areas of financing, banking, investments, and trust and estate planning. She is passionate about the technology ecosystem and advises entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital clients with a focus on their unique financial needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda held various management roles at First Republic Bank since 2008. Most recently, she served as a relationship manager in the Palo Alto corporate office. Previously, she was a senior marketing and sales associate for the Business Banking Group at Heritage Bank of Commerce.

She is a Bay Area native and attended San Jose State University. Amanda’s community involvement includes Dream Volunteers and the Humane Society of Silicon Valley.
