Managing Director

Chris Lombardo is a senior relationship manager and managing director for CIBC Private Wealth in New York, with more than 25 years of experience in the investment management industry. In this role, Chris works with high net worth individuals, family offices, foundations, religious institutions, charities and other entities to create customized investment solutions that incorporate the uniqueness of each relationship, including income and estate tax efficiency; cost efficiency; cash flow generation; environmental, social and governance concerns; and other unique considerations. 

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Pershing on their separately managed accounts team. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a concentration in finance, from Binghamton University.​

Chris was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2006 and is a member of CFA Society New York and the CFA Institute. He is also an active member of St. Mary’s Parish in Fishkill, New York, and enjoys volunteering as a basketball coach for his sons' various Town of Fishkill Youth Hoops leagues. In 2014, he was honored with an CIBC Team Spirit Achievers Award.
