Closely Held Business Analyst
Kristie Dempsey is a closely held business analyst and a member of the privately held investments team with CIBC Private Wealth. She has more than 20 years of industry experience in investment, estate, retirement and financial planning. In this role, Kristie is responsible for overseeing and administering closely held business interests in fiduciary accounts.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristie served as fiduciary officer at Bank OZK, where she led business development efforts in Texas and administered trust, estate and investment management accounts. Over the course of her career, Kristie worked with high net worth individuals, families and nonprofit organizations and served as a voting member of the Trust Investment and Trust Administrative Committees.
Kristie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Freed-Hardeman University and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) professional certifications.
Kristie is active in her community and has served in various leadership roles in local and state boards, including Teen Court and Leadership Texarkana.
