Lenore W. Cusick

Managing Director

Lenore Cusick is the director of strategic priorities with 15 years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for driving the execution of CIBC Private Wealth’s long-term strategic priorities, working alongside our senior leadership team, and partnering with the US Strategy team on planning, to ensure we are delivering on our growth goals. She also oversees our employee and client engagement initiatives, helping foster and strengthen relationships between senior management and top clients.​

Lenore joined the firm in 2007 and most recently served as the director of client and employee engagement, leading our firm-wide employee engagement initiatives including our mentor program, recognition programs, and training and professional development programs. ​

She earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial design with a certificate in marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology.​

Lenore is a member of the CHRIS 180 board of directors, Development Committee and Marketing Committee. She also is actively involved with and helped found the CHRIS 180 Emerging Leaders Network. She has previously been involved with the Shepherd Center Junior Committee and the Metro Atlanta Chamber Young Professionals.
