Marie Killeen

Marie Killeen is a senior compliance officer at CIBC Private Wealth, with over 10 years of industry experience. In this role, Marie is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the firm’s code of ethics policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.​

Prior to joining the firm, Marie served as a senior compliance associate at TIG Advisors LLC, where she was responsible for managing the code of ethics process and implementing regulatory requirements. Previously, she served as a legal and compliance analyst at Commonfund, where she drafted and tested firm policies to determine regulatory adequacy and effectiveness.

Marie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Fordham University.
