Rosa M. Yun

Counsel

Rosa Yun serves as counsel for CIBC Private Wealth Group, LLC, and CIBC National Trust Company, with 10 years of industry experience. In this role, she supports CIBC Private Wealth Management and its sponsored private funds and provides advice on related securities law, regulatory and compliance matters. Rosa also provides general legal advice to the various business teams at CIBC Private Wealth Management.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an investment management associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, with a focus on advising managers on the formation, structuring and ongoing operations of private funds.

Rosa earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of New York and in 2018 was honored with a CIBC Unsung Heroes Achievers Award.
