Tori Hood is a senior client service manager for CIBC Private Wealth, in Atlanta with 15 years of industry experience. She works closely with relationship managers to provide comprehensive client service, day-to-day account administration and fiduciary oversight of personal accounts and trusts.
Tori joined the firm in 2006 as the executive assistant to CIBC Private Wealth, U.S. CEO John S. Markwalter before transitioning to her current role in client service in 2009.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in sociology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute's trust school.
Additionally, Tori holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor certification and is a member of the CHRIS 180 Emerging Leaders Network. In 2016, Tori was honored with a CIBC GEM (Goes the Extra Mile) Achievers Award.
